Why Us?
Here at Worcester Powder Coating, we have a wide range of facilities which cover all aspects of powder coating, with our biggest curing oven being 6.2 metres in length and 2.1 metres in height. Alongside this, we have an automatic track system and three other curing ovens in various sizes to accommodate whatever your needs may be.
Quality is at the forefront of everything that we do, with a number of quality representatives on hand to ensure all work being undertaken leaves the door meeting an exceptional standard.
Why Powder Coating?
Powder coating is often considered as an alternative to wet spray, however, generally, it provides a much more durable and efficient finish, which is more unlikely to chip, scratch or wear due to the thermal bonding which it undergoes during the curing process.

Preparation for Coating?
We have a wide variety of preparation methods which we use prior to coating, catering for all types of metalwork. These include an iron phosphate system for steel, glass bead blasting and etch prime for aluminium, as well as numerous shot blasters with a variety of bead types to cater for various metal types and requirements – visit the bead blasting page for more details.
What colours do we offer?
We have a wide range of colours in stock which you can find out about when enquiring and for anything we don’t stock, we can order this specifically for you, including special colours and powders. See RAL chart for an idea of some of the colours on offer.
